This 1:1 workout-session is for all ages and all fitnes levels. You will do the excercises on the vestimed® - a special balance board designed for usage in health sport, therapie after injuries as well as in pro-sports. Each excercise on the board will have a positive impact not only on your muscular and nervous system but also improves your posture and movement coordination. Of course, before you jump on the board, we both analyse and determine your needs and goals.

Learn how to use a foam roller / "black roll" and other massage tools correctly to enhance not only your performance but also your well-being. This class is not only about running itself, you will also learn techniques and excercises on how to improve your running performance to feel happy and motivated for your next run. Counting miles was yesterday, now it's time for a Running Workout to become a happy runner forever. Put your running shoes on, grab your favourite sports drink and enjoy becoming a better and happier runner :)
